All prices shown are inclusive of GST. The Monkey Tree reserves the right to change our prices without notice.
***COVID 19 TEMPORARY CHANGES – During level 3 lockdown, delivery timeframes are taking from 4-7 business days for non rural ‘overnight’ delivery. Please bear this in mind when placing your order!
Your parcel will be sent by either Courier or Tracked New Zealand Post. We no longer ship internationally.
We have a fixed courier charge of $8 for non rural and $12 for rural addresses, regardless of how big your order is (excluding bulky items such as our toadstool seats and tables). We are happy to quote on bulk purchase items on an order by order basis.
We aim to send your order out within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. If you have not received your parcel within 5 business days please email us and we will track your parcel with the courier or New Zealand Post (please allow an additional 2 business days for a rural delivery)
Edible images will be printed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order.
Pick Up Timeframes
For orders that are being picked up, an email with full pick up instructions will be sent within 2 business days
Please remember to always check your spam/junk folders!
Please call us first if your order is urgent, we may be able to squeeze in a last minute order!
If, upon receipt, any of your items are damaged, please contact us straight away. All our products are checked to ensure they are perfect prior to packaging, therefore we would need to lodge a claim with the freight company. Please retain all packaging so we can see how it was damaged in transit.
If you have received an incorrect product to that ordered, please contact us immediately and we will exchange it at our cost.
If you have ordered the wrong product, we are happy to exchange items that are returned to us at your cost, in perfect condition and within 7 days of receipt. However this does not include edible images or other food products purchased. The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you either courier your return to us as we cannot be responsible for untracked items that go missing or are damaged during return transit
We update our website daily. Unfortunately an item may sell out between the time we update and the time you place an order. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens and advise of restocking time
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and either replace or refund the product
The Monkey Tree is committed to maintaining our customers privacy. We will never share your information with any 3rd party. As with most online stores, our customers orders are recorded transactions, however we do not have access or information regarding your credit card.
From time to time The Monkey Tree will use your email address to advise you of promotional products and special offers via a newsletter. If you do not wish to receive our newsletters please click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any Monkey Tree email.
Edible Image Toppers – FAQ
Q: Are the images easy to use? A: Yes! They come with full instructions and can be applied in minutes!
Q: Are the images suitable for allergies? A: Yes! Our images are gluten free, dairy free, nut free and egg free. They are, however, created in a kitchen that may contain these ingredients.
Q: Will the image(s) keep? A: Yes! Our edible images can be stored, sealed in their bag, in a cool, dry place, for up to 9 months!
Q: Will it be ok sent by courier? A: Yes! Our images are protected between 2 sheets of card.
