Can I still order as an individual? +
Our retail store has closed and we now take commercial orders only. If you're a bakery, café, caterer, retailer or business, we'd love to hear from you.
Is there a minimum order? +
We quote each order individually based on quantity and format. Send us what you need and we'll put pricing together.
What artwork should I send? +
High-resolution files give the best result. Logos as PNG, PDF or vector files are ideal, and photos should be as large as possible. Not sure? Send what you have and we'll let you know.
What are the ingredients & allergens? +
No added gluten, nuts, dairy or egg. Ingredients: starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, glycerin, sugar, water, stabilisers (E414, E460i), dextrose, emulsifiers (E435, E471), food colour (E171), flavours (vanillin), preservatives (E202, E330). Inks: water, humectant E422, acidifier E330, preservative E202. May contain colours E151, E122, E104, E133, E110.
How long do the images keep? +
Up to 6 months sealed in their bag in a cool, dry place. Every order comes with full instructions.
Will colours match my screen exactly? +
Images are printed with food colouring on matt fondant, so they won't be quite as bright as a backlit screen, but we always make them as vibrant as possible. Corporate colours may not be an exact replica, as some colours are hard to duplicate in food colouring, but we aim to get as close as possible.
Can you do urgent orders? +
Give us a call first. We can often squeeze in a last-minute order.
