Terms and Conditions
Prices
All prices shown are inclusive of GST. The Monkey Tree reserves the right to change our prices without notice.
Shipping
We have a flat freight price of $7 incl GST, to all areas of New Zealand. Your parcel will be sent by either courier or Tracked New Zealand Post. International shipping charges will be calculated and advised by email before we ship. We will not ship any product internationally without first obtaining emailed approval from you.
We aim to send your parcel out within 3 working days of receiving payment. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days please email us and we will track your parcel with the courier or New Zealand Post.
If, upon receipt, any of your items are damaged, please contact us straight away. All our products are checked to ensure they are perfect prior to packaging, therefore we would need to lodge a claim with the freight company. Please retain all packaging so we can see how it was damaged in transit.
If you have received an incorrect product to that ordered, please contact us immediately and we will exchange it at our cost.
If you have ordered the wrong product, we are happy to exchange items that are returned to us at your cost, in perfect condition and within 7 days of receipt. However this does not include edible images or other food products purchased. The original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you either courier your return to us as we cannot be responsible for items that are not delivered to us or are damaged during return transit
Product Availability
We update our website daily. Unfortunately an item may sell out between the time we update and the time you place an order. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens and advise of restocking time
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please email us on info@monkeytree.co.nz. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and either replace or refund the product
Privacy Policy
The Monkey Tree is committed to maintaining our customers privacy. We will never share your information with any 3rd party. As with most online stores, our customers orders are recorded transactions, however we do not have access or information regarding your credit card.
From time to time The Monkey Tree will use your email address to advise you of promotional products and special offers via a newsletter. If you do not wish to receive our newsletters please click 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any Monkey Tree email.
Party Bookings
All prices subject to change. 50% deposit of party total due at least four weeks prior to party date. Deposit is non-refundable three weeks prior to party date. Payment is required for number of children confirmed 3 days prior to party date.
